Elena Papangelodemou
Elena holds an LLB in Law from Queen Mary, University of London and has subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) for solicitors in London. She qualified as a lawyer and spent six years practising at top-tier law firms in Cyprus. She later moved to Germany, where she earned a Master’s degree in Legal Theory and worked as Senior Legal Counsel at a German technology company in Berlin. Elena specialises in international commercial law, trusted by multinational corporations and high-growth businesses for her clear and strategic legal advice across multiple jurisdictions. With deep expertise in complex transactions, cross-border contracts, and regulatory compliance, she helps clients mitigate risk, close deals efficiently, and navigate international markets with confidence.
Simon Mercouris
Simon holds an LLB in Law from King’s College London, an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Law and Finance from Oxford University. He is a solicitor of England&Wales registered with the SRA since 2017 and a European lawyer registered with the Cyprus Bar Association. He trained and worked in the UK as a transactional lawyer at Burges Salmon and Mayer Brown for eight years before relocating to Cyprus. Simon specialises on corporate law matters providing general corporate and strategic advice to a wide range of clients. He also advises on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions concentrating on private M&A, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures.
